Objectifs de la formation
- Comply with the IATA regulatory training (1.5), ADR and IMDG (1.3) & ICAO-IT (1.4). Acquire or update knowledge to manage shipments of category B infectious substances (UN3373), GMOs (UN3245) under dry ice (UN1845) or refrigerated liquid nitrogen (UN1977) by air, road and sea transport on :
- Know the basis of regulation
- Know the responsibilities
- Know the rules of training
- Know what prohibited & hidden infectious susbtances are
- Know what infectious substances are allowed in the Post Office & luggage
- Understand & apply the variations
- Know how to classify & identify goods belonging to category B (UN3373), exempt human specimens, unregulated, medical equipment, GMOs (UN3245), refrigerated liquid nitrogen (UN1977) & dry ice (UN1845)
- Understand & know how to apply the special provisions
- Packaging & make the difference between a triple packaging & an overpack & an all packed in one
- Recognize an approved/certified package from a non-approved/certified package
- Know how to mark & label packages
- Complete the transport documents
- Know the emergency procedures
- Specifications required for a road transport
- Specifications required for a maritime transprort
